MSU-MD Hack of Road Rash II crashes after saving or loading save state

Tested both on winows machine and linux machine with semi-newish nighly releases.

Game works fine, music from sega cd plays as supposed to, I actually managed to get thru half of the game but when decided to create save state RA crashed. Save file is being created so I tried loading it and also crashes. Tried saving shortly after starting the game, tried removing GPGX and RA configs just in case. Nothing special in logs.

Tested MSU-MD Golden Axe, it works and saves.
