I've went ahead and created a LightStep organization on nuget.org and applied for prefix reservation for the LightStep.* namespace.

CI is blocked by this: mono/docker#63

Short version, we're being stymied by needing to target net45 in addition to netstandard2. The mono docker image doesn't include netcore, and the netcore image doesn't include mono.

Someone else had a similar problem, it seems! I've cribbed from them to create https://github.com/austinlparker/docker-dotnet-mono which has dotnet and mono in the same container, prepped for circleci. I've added the circle config to #11.
