We need to improve the website and include generic documents which are now on confluence.

The current theme has a nice style, but also the following issues:

Highly customized, making it less maintainable
Responsiveness issues (e.g. the footer goes beyond width on mobile screen)
Scrolling is a mixed of fixed and dynamic (on small screens)
Content and styles are not fully decoupled

We now have additional requirements:

Sub-pages
Blog posts
