The at91_aes_cmac function in at91_aes.c doesn't seem to match a standard CMAC? The computed CMAC that is produced by AT91 doesn't match the standard openssl cmac or the cmac produced with the microchip python tool, is there something simple I could be missing or an example somewhere from testing? The AES ciphering and deciphering works as expected.
