[Feat]: Plant UML component

Lowcoder currently supports mermaidJS chart support which is fantastic, but plant UML has been around for a long time and is sort of a standard when it comes to UML diagrams.

It would be amazing to natively support plant UML documents as a component within lowcoder to display charts.

I would like to see a component, similar to MwrmaidJS, that allows a user to input a plantUML definition and display the graphical output in the component.

I'd imagine a component using similar logic to this GitHub example: https://github.com/yuankui/react-plantuml

I have considered doing real time conversion of plant UML to mermaid JS syntax, but that's hacky and not stable.
