Improve annotation system

1. Bug fixes

   • Helpdesk 9/2024

2. Invisible annotations

   • As FinBIF admin, I want to filter out some observations from specific services (like analysis or result services), without stating this publicly, to maintain privacy of those who were filtered.

3. Redesign the UI

   • As annotator, I want the UI to be intuitive, so that my annotations are correct. (Currently people make systematic errors, which are compensated with backend annotation handling logic.)
   • As annotator, I want to change a taxon name without confirming it. E.g. change of pesukarhu to supikoira.

Out of scope
- As data user, I want to filter our some observations, so that my project only shows data I think is correct. (Not a case for annotation system. Everyone is free to filter data as they see fit.)
