Deploying changes to passerine bird count interpretations. (DONE in next deployment?)

Adding period data that is missing due to bug. Affects 430 named places. (Email from Markus Piha 30 Aug 2024)

Creating better validation system for handling warnings, to avoid people giving up in case there's an issue. Applies to all Vihko forms. Warnings have been most problematic on line transects and water bird census.

More potential improvements on the pivotal epic "Water Bird Census #3".

Result service.
