Open winetricks in the gameprefix and install xact. At this time faudio can not be applayed because the newest version of winetricks have been not ported yet and i dont recommend anyone to use selfupdate.
Some games are locked to 60hz in fullscreen, this may cause image tearing or even poor performance, to workaround that lock use fullscreen-windowed or windowed. Btw you can see if your default Hz gets changed if you go ingame and the screen is longer black and usually.
Open winetricks in the game prefix then select open in winecfg and go to libraries. Now add d3d9/d3d10/d3d11 and set them to disabled and appy the settings.
