Documenting a setup that works on Opensuse tumbleweed.

Maliit keyboard wasn't working a long time on opensuse tumbleweed. When I updated kirgami-addons, the keyboard ended up working. However, I could not figure out how to add other languages. I hope this bug issue help other people.
