Is there a way to create a 'handout' with the content from the learn theme?

Hello,
I am wondering if there is a good way to support all the content from a learn theme based website in one .pdf or .docx file.
Searching online took me to this discussion:

In general, I like the idea:

• Create a dedicated page with all the content from all other chapters and pages
• print this one page

For me, the proposed way is not directly applicable, as I am using AWS amplify to host the website. So I am not building the website. This is done in Amplify.
What I would need is a post which automatically copies all markdown content from my content folder into one additional post.
I would not mind having this one post with redundant information.
