Allow users to define custom phrases

The user using a private room can define custom phrases This is really funny because allows you to use inside jokes/phrases.

Every user could have a "notepad" where they can add ideas while guessing other's drawings. They can then mark some ideas as ready and one of them will be used when it's their turn to draw.
So basically a to-do list, which is an example in almost every react tutorial ever created 😃
