Split from medic/cht-core#2356. Our (Linux) kernels in existing AMIs should support HVM instances just fine, but we're currently using the PV AKIs at AMI registration time. Register a PV and an HVM version of the AMI so that we're free to choose any instance type. TLAs are rad. TTYL.
