I think the README.md could be improved with information how to enable the plugin in the panel.

I’ve downloaded the plugin and moved it to sites/plugins
Added configuration to the config.php

But nothing in the panel is visible.

I assume I need to change my site blueprint?

Also: Does this plugin catch and log errors automatically or only the ones I write code for?
