Option to send email using MIME format

I am trying to send email using MIME format,
The docs are provide examples how to do it using the cli and power shell but not with the sdk, there an option to do it using the sdk at all?
If not can you add this option?

The solution should be to add some method to enable base 64 encodeing for the Message INr the send email builder model
