Installation through proxy

Hi!

Nice work with this package. This was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunatly this is not very much enterprise-friendly, since the setup ignores the npm proxy settings - not good for automated setups.

Is that something that can be fixed?

Hi @MitchK, a few things. 1. this package is abandoned, it was a research experiment and you can few the results at any of the following

If this package and only this package is what you need, then feel free to submit a PR, or If you wish to maintain it I can make you a Collaborator.

I should reommend however, if your goal is to create a cross platform application shell, then use Thrust, it is going to be used in http://breach.cc as the driver.

As well, if I get time I can try to help, the problem i believe (*Editied) the download script will need special proxy code to download using the npm configured proxy. Do you know of any examples that download 3rd party files at install time, that do work with npm proxy.
