in parameters.py,
the comment said,
"Path to the '0fullResults' output folder from peak detection (https://github.com/rosalind-wang/GCPeakDetection"
However,the path of the matlab script also need to be set.
Could you please upload the file in ‘0fullResults’ or describe the data format in the folder?
