Backspacing a list nested in blockquote leaves the blockquote #34

Steps:

Press enter (to ensure there's a new line above the cursor)
Choose "Blockquote"
Choose "UL"
Press backspace.

expected
I would have expected that pressing backspace would leave the cursor inside the blockquote.

outcome
gets place above the bloquote in an empty unstyled element
