Release the 2.5.4 version to the npm repository

I've run in to the "unkown hardware" issue with the bcm2835 which you apparently fixed a few months ago in the 2.5.4 version that's on the master branch.

The latest version in the npm directory is 2.5.3 though.

Would you mind releasing the latest version?
