Building just the debug SkiaSharp dll on Windows/x64 #2345

For SkiaSharp 2.80, I was able to build just the SkiaSharp dll with debug symbols on Windows/x64.

How can I do the same for 2.88?

I'm using VS2022 and dotnet 7, maybe that is not supported?
