SkiaSharp-1.60.0: Luhmann package referred in libSkiaSharp.so file

Hi,
I'm using SkiaSharp version 1.60.0. On this nuget version installation, libSkiaSharp.so file internally downloads Luhmann.Xam.Dialogs package which is not used in my project. Luhmann.Xam.Dialogs package is downloaded through shared library file from libSkiaSharp.so :

1. I want to remove the reference/downloading of Luhmann.Xam.Dialogs which is referred from libSkiaSharp.so file due to internal license validation. How can i achieve this?
2. Can we know Luhmann.Xam.Dialogs package license? Currently the website doesn't provide much detail on the license apart from redirecting to this url : http://www.luhmann.com.tr/
3. Is there a detail on why Luhmann.Xam.Dialogs package was introduced in SkiaSharp version 1.60.0?
4. If possible, can we have a readable format of libSkiaSharp.so to check the packages referred from this file?
5. Can it cause any dependency error if libSkiaSharp.so is ignored when building app for Xamarin Android and Xamarin iOS mobile app?
6. Is libSkiaSharp.so file used for only Tizen OS? Is libSkiaSharp.so used for Android and iOS too? a reference in targets file shows it enclosed for Tizen OS --> binding/SkiaSharp/nuget/build/tizen40/SkiaSharp.targets
