There are a number of things to modify (to add more):

  • 1. README, explaining the changes, the origins, plans, thanks...
  • 2. move composer stuff
  • 3. make this public (once name has been settled).
  • 4. protect master branch, (only ff and via pr)
  • 5. enable github pages for the repository.
  • 6. prepare repo's own travis integration (for PRs and pushes).
  • 7. consider changing namespaces
  • 8. update the CHANGELOG with all the missing info since last update, towards new version.
  • 9. test, test, test
  • 10. publish @ packagist a new version if everything is working.
  • 11. consider what to do with all the info in the wiki of blackboard/moodle-plugin-ci
  • 12. change all references out there (Docs..., processes, our own plugins... to use the new package).
  • 13. start accepting PRs
    • Always keeping CHANGELOG doc fed.
    • Adding own copyrights (1-line) while needed.
    • ...

I'm closing this, think that all the points needed to publish the new repo are mostly done, I've just created #12 about considering to move namespaces (or no).

Next step should be:

  1. Fix Problem with .travis.dist.yml #10 (and ideally Run nvm install as part of install command. #7).
  2. Decide and release Consider which should be the next version to release #9, to verify that all the process is under control.

See you there!
