Start thinking about allowing users to get data slices back out of the database #1870

This app is great in concept, however one can contribute with it for many years and then one day one wants to get something back out of the database and finds out the only things available are downloads of worldwide files.

Sure, for corporate users they just would love the entire database or daily diffs of it.

But an individual user will be more interested in the cells located within a certain radius from his house or other coordinates said he would enter. Or cells matching a certain cell ID.

He could not deal with the entire database.
