I had posted in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1304114 at 1:58am PDT/5am EDT. The page incorrectly indicates posting time of 8:58pm PDT, a difference of 5 hours. Which coincidentally is my TZ offset. UTC-5.

TZ is correctly set in SUMO profile and on the computer.
