Create release note for dashboard UI and loading animation

@ms-club-sliit/dev-team we release our latest release with new dashboard UI and loading animation for all the core pages. The new changes are already in the production. But we need to create a proper release note and version update for our application. You guys can add what are the changes that you have done since the last release as a comment for this message (features, bug fixing etc.). Once after all the changes are listed. We will create the release note and do a proper release at the end.
