Description of feature

We need fingerprinting for 2 things:

Make sure RNA samples don't match any other samples in the batch.
Make sure it does match a given sample, such as an orthogonal DNA sample.

Possibly use maf fillout subworkflow to run this on fingerprint sites.

Also add a heatmap for each batch to show concordance between each sample.

Maybe will be used for contamination, but not sure.
