samplesheet check fails when fastq_2 is missing

Description of the bug

although forte is in theory supposed to handle single-end fastqs, the samplesheet check will fail if fastq_2 is missing. the workaround is to add the fastq_2 column, but keep the values empty. this does not match the documentation, which says fastq_2 is not necessary

either the documentation has to change, or the script needs to be updated.
