@khatuka31, I'm moving your inquiry to a new issue

Hi, @cxhernandez @rmcgibbo @mpharrigan

I installed Ospray with conda, but would like to "merge/upgrade " with modified version from github: https://github.com/larsbratholm/osprey/ the commit - '4bfbb14'

How can I do that in my conda python 3.5 virtual env. ?

I see that cross_validators.py and others are different, so I am having error whilest trying to reproduce published paper results.

Thank you in advance and really appreciate your time.

Can you not use git to checkout that particular commit and then install from source using python setup.py install?
