End line comments with single quote inside

An end-of-line comment in a yaml file that contains a single quotation mark poses a problem when it is transformed into a php array. You can test this:

myYamlForm:

• modeAccess Fixed broken examples. #7 Ok
• speedAccess Improved PHP_SELF check for CLI #15 I'm bad

PHP array :
['myYamlForm'][0] => 'modeAccess'
['myYamlForm'][1] => 'speedAccess #15 Im bad'
