Hide/Show apps in global serach #19

Right now, we can hide apps through settings.json or set a specific set of apps to show only. It would be nice if this could also apply to global search for shortcuts.

this is a follow up on #12 and #11

Unless there is some bug this has been already implemented in #12. So if you hide/show some apps are they still visible/hidden in the search results?

I think I am specifically talking about global search. I might be getting confused . let me check it again.
