What went wrong?

1. No possibility to export orders to back-end. Error: deliveryOptions.shipmentOptions: The property tracked is not defined and the definition does not allow additional properties. Not possible from order overview or order.
2. Vervoerders: Bpost: pickup points not showing in checkout, no fee for deliveries on saturday (although set up), no inputs visible after "Verzendmogelijkheden"
3. Vervoerders: DPD: saturday deliveries not showing on checkout, no inputs visible after "Verzendmogelijkheden".
4. General: saturday deliveries not showing when "Standaard bezorging" is disabled.
5. Delivery date on account and order confirmation pages mentioned like this "2024-05-21 00:00:00".

Reproduction steps

These issues are activated by just setting up the plugin and are afterwards visible on the settings (admin) and checkout pages.
