[BETA] Myparcel checkout not showing up.

What went wrong?

The MyParcel Checkout (the one where customers can select a drop off point) does not show up on the checkout page when using Funnelkit's checkout. In version 4.24.1 it did show up, though it appeared mangled on the checkout page.
I'm using Funnelkit version 3.6.1.
Perhaps a useful feature would be adding the ability to use a [shortcode] to use the MyParcel checkout form.

The "Use separate address fields" does work.
