Make the batch request pages display requests more like in the user dashboard view

At the moment Batch request pages and lists of individual requests, with a snippet of the outgoing message repeatedly being displayed:

Batch pages should really focus less on the individual requests, and more on displaying the outcome of the entire batch. This already happens in the dashboard view, so we could replicate this. I'd envisage it looking a bit like this:

A stretch goal, would be to allow notes on batch pages, enabling them to function a bit like mini topic pages, and/or include a link to any public dataset created via projects off the batch at the top.
