Description of the bug

wittyer seems to work without an error but does not report TP/FP/FN report correctly. Some tags might be missing in the VCF input files

I am not sure if wittyer works as expected. The tool has many issues for unconvetional vcfs: might require too many preprocessing to operate. Thinking about abandoning it..
