German translation missing, update fails with error 404

Hello,

The german translations of the labels are missing. Updating the language pack fails with this error (from the var/log/typo3.log):
Requesting https://localize.typo3.org/xliff/j/o/jobfair-l10n/jobfair-l10n-de.zip was not successful, got status code 404 (Not Found)
I found a german translation in an older installation. The xlf files are from 2017.

It would be nice if the translation could be uplouded to localize.typo3.org.
