Dicom to BIDS--Manual renaming Help!

Hi all,

I'm trying to convert Phillips scanner data from DICOM to BIDS using heudiconv and its giving me an issue

nibabel.nicom.dicomwrappers.WrapperError: File contains more than one StackID. Cannot handle multi-stack files

Currently heudiconv doesn't support multi stack IDs. I've also tried using dcm2niix but that creates an issue of FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘/fs/ess/PAS2302/Subbi/TURBO/TERBO/data/YT/DICOM/BIDS/tmp_dcm2bids/sub-YT0691035i_ses-1_tmp’

Has anyone manually converted dcm to niix and then renamed the files that way using a config file to rename? Can you share your shell or Python script?

I'm not sure how to proceed with these scans since converting them to BIDS has been really a hassle for a while.
