As this project was originally hosted on Gitlab and migrated to Github This issue exists as a point of notation:

This issue can be closed when ALL migrated items are closed

Gitlab migrated issues #1 through nofusscomputing/centurion_erp#168 match Gitlab issues #1 through nofusscomputing/centurion_erp#168

Gitlab migrated Merge Requests are not higher than #210 for PRs.

ALL migrated items have label Migrated from Gitlab

Issues that occured

  • Issues opened by a user in gitlab may not be reflected within github issues. This can be identified within the issue description's first line. i.e. In GitLab by @<username> on Aug 5, 2024, 06:48 the user in <username> was the user who opened the issue.
    • to rectify this use the following comment so they become subscribed to the issue again:
      @username, this issue was migrated from gitlab to github. During this migration you were not added as the user whom opened this issue. This message will ensure that you receive further updates on this issue as it progresses.

Tasks

  • Fix milestone names

  • label all migrated items with label Migrated from gitlab

  • Migrate Difficulty labels to the github Equivalents

  • Add this issues number to the label description

  • Update readme to denote Github hosted, not gitlab

  • migrate Module labels to project fields

  • remove Gitlab CI

    • no gitlab releases
    • no gitlab sync to github
    • no gitlab publish
  • comment on issues for users whom raised issues in gitlab that is not shown in github as them raising it.


  • Do Last (After repo changes) Push changes to Gitlab

Post git changes to be pushed to gitlab

  • when all CI changes done, push to gitlab to prevent gitlab mirror from overwriting Github changes.
