현재 모달 컴포넌트에 두 가지 문제점이 있습니다.

acrylic 테마에서 blur 처리 관련 css 이슈로 컴포넌트의 렌더링이 망가집니다.
모달 컴포넌트를 사용하는 각각의 페이지마다 상태를 관리해야 합니다.

이를 해결하기 위해 모달 기능을 제공하는 Provider를 만들어서, App 단위에서 공통으로 모달을 관리하는 것이 좋겠습니다.
