Server settings unavailable using this image

Using the exact same configuration, the plexinc docker image can modify the server settings, while with this image the settings are unavailable. The config is exactly the same, same config volumes mounted to the container, etc.

Unsure exactly why this might be, but figured it's worth checking into.
