Upgrade kernel fails to boot: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)

Actual behavior
init and rdinit kernel arguments are copied verbatim from the running/default kernel to the upgrade kernel commandline

To Reproduce
Try to upgrade a machine booted with the kernel arguments rdinit=/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-bootchart init=/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-bootchart

Expected behavior
Unusable kernel arguments should be removed from the upgrade kernel commandline
