Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The total compensation for a member should be included alongside the base compensation in the compensation history.

Describe the solution you'd like
A total compensation column will be added to the compensation csv file and that field will be propagated to the merit report. The value will be displayed with the base compensation.
