[Forge 1.20.1] Game crashes when CreateTweaker is not installed, despite the mod not telling you it's required. #64

Describe the Bug

As the title says, the game crashes due to asset loading issues if CreateTweaker is not installed, but CraftTweaker is.

Also, I'm on version 1.8.2.i-51 - which isn't listed in this issue template.

Reproduction Steps

Download this mod, Create, and CraftTweaker
Launch the game

Expected Result

Not crashing.
