At the moment I am waiting to see if Chromium adds JPEG XL support again, since this would make the implementation much easier (Only the extension would have to be recognized as a compatible format).

Alight This basically means everything that is based on chromium is just not going to have JXL support. I guess that's maybe why the chainner application doesn't have it either, because it's electron as well. Good job, google. I really hope they make the right choice down the road and actually support this format properly.
