gitviz upgrade - links betwen related issues, repos and wiki

Basic idea is that you can viz the links between the github issues and other github pages (repo, wiki, etc.) Perhaps even build towards support for non-github wiki's and/or the general web:

GitViz - Wiki needs to be documented!

Also (separate issue) would be nice to use our Universal Translator with Python scipts that easily allow the user to create custom logic for the viz.
