received several updates from the land bank on changes in language for the FAQ Page, etc. they are all detailed in
FAQ revisions.March2018.pdf

we can split these up into various issues and there may already be issues for some of these; i haven't looked at this thoroughly.

the corrections listed on pages 1-8 of the FAQ revision PDF have been made thanks to @mtanzillo.

Improvements to the FAQ page detailed in pgs 9-13 of FAQ revision PDF are still needed.
