Add calendar of meetings from Meetup.com #14

Put a quick list of our upcoming meetings directly on our website. Hopefully we can just embed a list from meetup.com on the site.

Meetup provides an iCal link we can give out to people:
http://api.meetup.com/open-cleveland/upcoming.ical
