Time bar is not correct

It sames it every time that Sunday is wrong

I think this is a duplicate issue, at least I have seen this before. Can you check the open issues?

I don't think the 24:00 / 00:00 thing is the point, since the problem doesn't exist on other days.
But i notice it's this specific Sunday (last of October) when the timezone changes :
i saw the same point with a simple rule "09:00-19:00" and same issue.
No problem on other weeks or days.

So i tried with last Sunday of March : the DST is the origin of this issue.
But in March obviously it's displayed one hour earlier instead of 1h later :
it's when the place's clocks changes between summer time and winter time, and only that specific day !
(well, i mean twice a year then)

try by yourself, you'll see.... here on October but with 19 instead of 24
