Use aliases to allow uninterrupted updates #8

Currently, updating will first delete an index before repopulating it.

This means that searches during the update period will be incomplete.

ElasticSearch does not support index renaming.

Perhaps we could use ElasticSearch aliases to create a virtual index and remap from old to new index.
