What problem are you trying to solve?

Maven plugin logs warnings when changes from recipes are intentional, and this creates noise in the build log.

Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to configure the log level.

Additional context

There are cases for using the plugin as part of the build (typical via runNoFork) where changes are intentional and further handled by the build itself. E.g. #755, #851. In these cases it is not appropriate to log changes as warnings.
