Once resources and such are stable in the new opensha repository, I need to update this project and related scripts to use the new builds.
Now that it only depends on 1 project, I think we should stop the bad practice of uploading a big jar file for each code change. Ideally, this project should check out its own copy of OpenSHA and build it. The scripts could also check for updates and rebuild on demand (with user approval).
We also should add information about the git hash to relevant simulation metadata files.
