remote name is hard-coded in download-OPL-metadata-release.pl #2357

When running OPL-update the auxiliary script assumes that the name of the remote for the OPL is "origin":

webwork2/bin/download-OPL-metadata-release.pl

Line 81 in 4c8629a

`$ce->{externalPrograms}{git} -C $libraryDirectory fetch --tags origin`;

If the remote has been renamed or "origin" points to another repository then things don't work.
